Masking

At Wu’s Healing Center, some of our clients are pregnant (or hope to be), are immune-compromised, or are 65 or older — groups that must pay special attention to immune health. To support them and each other, all members of our staff wear high-filtration masks while in the clinic.

To help us protect clientele and staff from Covid, flu, and cold, please wear a high-filtration mask when you enter Wu’s Healing Center and throughout the time you are in our office.  Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk for your use.

At your TCM practitioner’s discretion, you may lower your mask from your nose temporarily during treatment to allow access to specific acupuncture points on the face or to aid breathing while you are face-down on the treatment table.

Fragrance-free Environment

For the comfort of our clientele and staff, please avoid the use of strongly scented fragrances and lotions prior to your visit to Wu’s Healing Center.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel a visit, please let us know at least 48 business hours ahead of time. (For example, a 3 p.m. Monday appointment must be cancelled by 3 p.m. the previous Friday. ) Otherwise there will be a late cancellation fee equal to the cost of your treatment. There is no charge for appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
