Angela C. Wu Holistic Health Fund

In 1981, Dr. Wu established San Francisco State University’s Chinese Healing Studies Program. Over more than two decades, her teaching inspired many students to pursue careers in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The program she started is now part of the university’s Institute for Holistic Healing Studies, which attracts more than 150 students each semester to minor or receive a certificate.

Upon Dr. Wu’s retirement from teaching in 2002, SF State announced the creation of the Angela C. Wu Holistic Health Fund to provide student scholarships for careers in Chinese medicine. For more information about the fund, please contact the Institute of Holistic Health Studies at SF State.
